I am a China developer and publisher on Roku platform for three years. An urgent problem to need help. I changed my payment information from PayPal to Wire transfer on January 10,2020, and I changed my payment information and submitted W-8BEN-E tax form, also I have told Roku I changed my payment information, but now I do not receive partner revenues for January 2020, February and March 2020. My revenue for each month is more than $100.00, what is problem about that? why haven't I received partner payments yet ? and is there something wrong with tax form ? Please reply me because this is extremely important and I need your help.
