Feed refreshes properly, but the channel crashes on start

I have created a Roku channel for a client. The feed URL is here: https://roku.api.castus.tv/v1/feeds/worcester

When I create a Direct Publisher channel using this feed, I get the following error: "There appears to be a problem. Please try again later", with a single button "OK". After about one second, the channel then crashes to the home screen.

There is nothing in the channel logs about this.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

From your description, you may be a victim of the Roku bug others have reported last week on this forum. Check the previous posts for more info.
