Hi all
While playing the video, some portions repeat for about 2-5 seconds. Debugged decoderStats was showing some video frames dropping and repeat count was 1. How can this be fixed?
Be more specific. What is the model number and software version of your Roku device? Find it on Settings > System > About. I have the Express+ with analog outputs from 2017/2018, and it’s model no. 3910X, running RokuOS software ver. 11.0.0, build 4193.

Hi there,
I am using a Roku device with model 3810X-Roku streaming stick+ with the operating system version 11.0.0 build 4193-50.
Thanks for the posts.
Can you please specify the issue you are experiencing? Does this playback issue occur on a specific channel or does it happen across all streaming channels? What troubleshooting steps have you already taken to try to resolve the issue?
With more detailed information, we will be able to assist you further.
Thanks,
Danny
Thanks for the reply.
As I am currently in a development stage, I have a 50s video playing in the background on my channel. When playing that video, the 30s to 35secs repeat. Both Android devices and web browsers work with this URL. I enabled the enableDecoderStats of the video node and the decoderStats of the video node showing these fields value as 1 repeatCount, frameDropCount, streamErrorCount.
@athi_joy So is it an error on your Roku device?
~ Jordan
Yes. This problem is present on all the devices we have, including the Roku streaming stick, Roku Ultra, and Roku 4.
@athi_joy Sounds like all roku device units may be defective. Contact roku customer support here: https://support.roku.com/contactus
