My company's old development company released our app on their own dev acct. Now we're redoing our app and they are transferring the old app to us so we can just update through the channel store.
They started the process with Roku, and said last Thursday that Roku confirmed the app was transferred, but its not in my developer account. Only our private app is.
HELP ROKU! Anyone else who knows what is going on, any info is great.
