need help on something

i would like to do a video podcast and i am using blogger and here is my RSS feed i would like to know if you can add episodes on blogger and people can go there to watch them.i saw this on there and i do not know anything about HTML

here is one website and it shows in example in html on how to add quicktime to your blog i would like to know how do i do it?

also here is the RSS Feed and when i enter into Itunes it says there are no episodes so how do i do it?

While there may be a developer or two here that is familiar with creating podcasts, since it doesn't technically have anything to do with the Roku, you'd probably be better off requesting help in a more appropriate forum. There are quite a few podcast forums out there that would probably garner a faster and more thorough response. I found this site that lists quite a few podcast forums that may be of help to you: http://www.podcasting-tools.com/podcasting-forums.htm
That site, in general, has a lot of resources to help you get started, as well.
