Every time I try to open it, I am redirected to https://my.roku.com/index with the message: "Please review your PIN preferences for adding channels and making purchases on your Roku device."
If I change the pin, it works that time, but then next time I try to get in I have the same problem. Does anyone else experiencing this problem?
Edit: at least what I said above worked once. Now if I change the pin, I get the following error:
"There was an unexpected error in the website. The current page will not load. Close and re-open your browser, navigate back to the website, and try repeating your last actions. If the problem persists, please contact our support team."
I've been seeing that message "If the problem persists, please contact our support team" a few times the past couple weeks. Logging out and back in has corrected it so far. But the "static analysis" seems to be broken, last couple times it hasn't given me results by the next day so I just published. Here I am again in the same situation... do i wait or just publish? Would be nice if "static analysis" could continue to run and report results after publishing!
