help with Json files and various issues

I created my first project Multiple streams in one channel with Json files.
i have various issues I need help
1-my retrieving loading is very slow and how speed fast loading *"I have good internet connection"
2-how to replace text Channel One,Channel Two,Channel Three, Channel Four,Channel Five in m3u8 playlist file for images
example:

3-i get error how to fix:
