Rental Subscription Purchase Issue – Not able to purchase product
Hi,
I have been trying to purchase a rental subscription, but I am facing an issue where the product is not being purchased.
- The order goes through successfully, but the product is not being purchased..
- The product purchasing API call returns an empty response. Specifically, msg.GetResponse() is returning an empty result when attempting to purchase the product.
- In the Roku Developer Console, the transaction does not appear under the purchase history for the rental.
Has anyone encountered this issue before? Any suggestions on what might be causing this or how to resolve it?
