My son subscribed for crave tv on 19th Feb,2025. I cancelled auto renewal and removed card information to avoid a repeat.We expect to access crave tv till 19th March ,2025 but we no longer have access. When i contacted Crave support, i was informed Roku cancelled my subscription, i don't know why. Please resolve this by reversing the payment or granting us access to crave tv for the time we subscribed. Kindly treat as urgent . I can't afford to lose $31.07 .
