errorStr: "buffer loop exception:Roku::IllegalArgumentException: Invalid slice size.

Japanese audio version is not playing on Roku.

It will trigger an error on screen and video plays for 10 seconds in background. The English audio version is okay and we did create a new version of the video to confirm the video has no problem. Also, the video is playable on all the other devices.

What channel/app are you using that this is happening with? Need more info.
