Video Content CDN Config issue

Hi, 
I have a question. Can i intercept video segments request and change the cdn or base url ? Or if i am going to use cdnConfig, can i update this cdnConfig in the middle of playback ?. I am trying to use CDNConfig as per Roku documentation. But it is not switching at all. I am using contentIsPlaylist = true.
