Right now we still have a very small subset of users attempting to use our channel on legacy players (firmware version 3.1). Is there a way to disable/retire the channel on those devices and prevent users from installing the channel on those devices?

Yes, please email us (developer at roku dot com) an out-of-service package we can upload that is branded to your look, to the effect of "This channel is no longer supported on this platform, upgrade to a new Roku to continue enjoying <channel name>"

Include name and channel ID of the channels as well.
