Issues working with LKQD ad servers/SpringServe
We have several ad partners using LKQD as their ad server, and we are using SpringServe to reduce latency for our viewers.
We are having fill issues because ROKU_ADS_TRACKING_ID is returning all zeroes. Any ideas what could cause that result?

Re: Issues working with LKQD ad servers/SpringServe
What do you mean by "ROKU_ADS_TRACKING_ID is returning all zeroes"? Does it mean you paste the ad tag to
web browser
and see an empty xml?
