I get and error message ‘IOOF Unity Lodge 3’ is no longer available.

Any help with this is appreciated. HEre is all I get for a responce from the help team.

I have had this up for years but now I am getting this message see picture.
Any idea why I am getting this? I can not seem to find anything about this error.

After publishing IOOF Unity Lodge 3 with the updates like the new PNG for the Home Screen my channel no longer works. I get and error message ‘IOOF Unity Lodge 3’ is no longer available. You may want to remove it from your Home Screen.

Your channel was originally set up on Direct Publisher correct? Not SDK?

I think you tried to update it on Date Modified: Jun 11, 2023, or Date Modified: Jun 13, 2023

Roku Sunset Direct Publisher on July 12, 2023, and will delete Direct publisher channels in January 2024

Direct publisher is no longer supported unless you have an issue updating and upgrading to SDK!

The vanity access code does not work

I see in your post: Package download - So it must be SDK

If it's sdk check static analysis and deep linking!

I found every time we update an image or change information if you do not update your deep linking you can fall off the chart!

Roku has been changing store links and the listing for the store, They are changing the vanity access link structure!

Did you test your package and did it pass Static Analysis? Update Deep Linking?

If you need assistance  I may be able to help!

There are a few things that can also affect you!

1) Connected device - You must have a device connected to your account that uses the same email as ur developer account!

2) You did updates and did not update deep linking!

3) You didn't verify your email address recently!

4) The package version # was not changed

You get that message if you're using a deprecated component. True!

BUT

I found with my own and client accounts that while the channel can be depreciated if it is still listed in the developer account then it can be revived with updates!

There have been many updates to the Roku system and many more to come!

THE CHANNEL CAN BECOME DEPRECIATED FOR MANY REASONS!

The version of SDK, The bright script code, Direct Publisher, Static Analysis, Deep Linking, Violations, TOS, and the list goes on and on!

I found these days a screen record video works better than writing support as if you make it easy for them to spell out the issue or see what the issue is then you are ahead of the support game!
