still get error while open file with ReadAsciiFile

while gebug my app with visual studio code

i tried to open file 

pkg:/locale/en_GB/translations.xml

BRIGHTSCRIPT: ERROR: ReadAsciiFile: file open for read failed:

file is of course exists.
