Channel Launch Performance issue

I am getting issue during certification testing, I am submitting build after tested all over Roku devices, it take less then 15 seconds to fully launch or render home page. However, I am getting issue during certification testing "Channel launch time exceeds 20 seconds launch requirement" . Could you please suggest? So I can improve the Channel Launch Performance and publish the channel successfully.
