Well, here it is 2018 with no answers, no money and our content partners are starting to get anxious.   Roku, where is the damn money.    Why is it taking so long to get an answer?   Is this a scam cause it's sure starting to feel like one!

They said 2 weeks ago that they were looking into it, but no response since then.

Follow-up to that one to keep it live, maybe every week or two. I don't know the system, some tickets may get closed due to inactivity

I did get a response today and I still don't have a clue as to what the problem is, but this delay is quickly killing off what little bit of money I have left.   I hope the hell they get it straightened out before next week.

Just wanted to post an update here.   I'll let RokuCo explain things, but I was informed today that there was a mess up and should be paid soon.   Hope that gives some of you some relief.   Answers are coming 🙂
