Channel Name/ID Not Showing Up In Ad Manager Campaign Creator

We are attempting to create a campaign to drive installation of our channel on Roku Devices.  We have done this before for other channels using Roku's Ad Manager.  However, when we try to build out a campaign and select our channel, we get the following message:

"No Results Found.  Your Channel May Not Be Supported In Ad Manager.  Contact Our Support Team For More Information."

We cannot find any way to contact support.  We've written multiple e-mails to Partner Success over the course of several weeks, and all we get in return are responses that our e-mail was received.  There seems to be no chat option nor a phone number that offers support for Roku Ads.

Is there any thing that may be preventing our channel from showing up in ad manager?  Is it fixable?  If we cannot promote this new channel, we will have a hard time justifying this platform in the future.

What category is this channel in? Can you link it?
Not all categories are allowed in the Ad Manager.
