ContributionsMost RecentMost LikesSolutionsRe: My developer payout has not been received I had the same problem with them. 4 months of emails to Roku Billing either went unanswered or I got cookie cutter replies with no solution. I ended up asking my l@wyer (why does Roku ban the actual term?Fishy....) to take care of it and I had my money within a few weeks. I'm not sure why Roku is so amateur when it comes to paying out developers. It sure makes it hard to recommend them as a platform if they can't pay their bills on time. Anyhow, keep emailing them, I'm sure sooner or later they will get sick of hearing from you and do something about it. Re: JSON feed shows all item ingesting correctly - 24 hours later, all items have errors. Thanks AaronMSpelling, I was posting here as it was the top thread at the time. I'm aware of the other thread. Re: JSON feed shows all item ingesting correctly - 24 hours later, all items have errors. I just checked multiple channel feeds that use Vimeo and they are all reporting that the video URL is unreachable. I also double checked the individual video URL's in a browser and they where all loading fine. Re: LiveFeed URL Not WorkingI haven't worked with Vimeo Live in a few months, but last I checked it was impossible to use any other player as it didn't offer the HLS links. They probably require you to go with Vimeo OTT in order to use it.Re: Subscription Channel...uh ohThere doesn't seem to be any new information from RokuCo on those features. At this point I think your better off sticking to SDK apps if you can.Re: a great idea for direct publisher.....There should be no reason you couldn't do the same thing. Just replace your video file URL with http://www.yourdomain.com/rokutrack.asp?videoid=xxxx and redirect it to the the HLS/MP4/etc file. It's something I'm toying around with for the WP Smart TV, but I haven't tested with DP yet.Re: RAF Report Discrepancy "Baradanikto" wrote: Update: Just took a look at my latest report for last week. The numbers still do not add up. They seem to be taking ad impressions away from the report since the latest week totals are still less than the numbers from two weeks ago. I smell a Roku rat! I hate to say "thank god!" but I'm glad I'm not the only one having issues with them. Here it is a month, 3 replies left on my support ticket that was handed off to other people multiple times and not one reply. No payment at all. Ad's STILL running on my channel but now I'm wondering if they are being skimmed because I don't have much tracking setup on my VAST server. I'm done with DP all together. I have one DP channel remaining and I'm in the process of writing a SDK app for it. As for my plugins, I'll still be updating them with bug fixes but I can't in good conscious pass this on to my clients. Seeing someone dish out $20k to build a small network and then get screwed by the Ad department of the biggest platform on the market? No thanks.Re: RAF is late again? WTH?Still waiting.... Still no answer on my support ticket that was opened two weeks ago. If you are new to direct publisher, don't waste your time. RokuCo has decided that it's best to run ad's (which they get paid for) on your content and then not pay or respond to your questions. If I was the only one it would be an anomaly, but a quick search of this forum (or the SDK forum) will show a bunch of people having the same issue. Come on' RokuCo... you're better than this..... Re: RAF Report Discrepancy "Baradanikto" wrote: I'm going to have to disagree. The weekly report I get is a spreadsheet that has 5 columns across the top: Date, Ad Unit 1, Ad Unit 2, Ad Unit 3, and Total Impressions. The report starts at January 1, 2018 and contains a row for each day in which and ad impression was reported. Each week, the last line in the spreadsheet shows the last report date. So, for the previous month, the data ended on June 3 and had a total impressions count at the bottom. The current month's report ends on June 9 and has a total impressions count at the bottom. The total impressions count for June 9 is less than the one for June 3. How can that be? I'm coining a new term called "RAF Math". It can be best summed up as 2+2=1Re: RAF is late again? WTH?
