remotes when plug in headsets ... are now screeching and popping

2 of 3 remotes when plug in headsets ... are now screeching and popping ... then shutting off ... rotated multiple batteries ... same issue ... also rotated to different roku boxes and resynced ... can no longer wear headsets.

Here are some steps that can help resolve the reported issue:

  1. Check that your headphones are securely connected by removing and firmly inserting them.
  2. Make sure your headphones are working properly by listening to them while playing music from another app on your mobile device.
  3. Stop and resume the movie or TV show you are watching.
