- Serial number of the Roku device this remote is currently paired to.
- Is this the remote that came with it? If not, kindly let us know what specific remote this is and where and when it was purchased.

In the meantime, you may try these troubleshooting steps to help you:
Voice-operated remote:
- Remove both batteries from the battery compartment for about 10 seconds
- Re-insert the negative (-) end of a battery first, and then gently push the positive (+) end until the battery clicks into place.
- Repeat the previous step to install the second battery.
- After doing so, pair it again to see if this will make any difference.
Rechargeable remote:
- If your rechargeable voice remote has a pairing button, press and hold the pairing button on the back of the remote for 20 seconds.
- If your rechargeable voice remote does not have a pairing button, press and hold the Back and Home buttons simultaneously for 20 seconds.
- After doing so, pair your Roku Voice Remote again.
