I have my harmony remote and hub configured for the roku ultra and when i select the "watch roku" activity, i cannot use the up/down/right/left to control the roku until I specifically select the device from the harmony remote mneu.    I dont know what I have setup wrong.  Appreciate the help in advance

same exact problem here. the software never ask what controls channel changing or whatever the question is for a cable box
