I just bought a Roku Ultra and it came with a Roku Voice Remote Pro 2nd Edition. I cannot get it to work with my Samsung TV. I tried both IR and CRC (Anynet+)

Roku Device: 4850R

Samsung Model: UN65JU6700

My Fire Stick works great, but I want to move to a Roku. This is not making my life easier or better.

Never mind. I made a support contact with Roku. They are replacing my device.
