Good morning!! I speak of Brazil!!
I bought my Roku Streaming STICK on a trip to Miami. It worked perfectly until the controller stopped responding. (RC784)
I acquired here in Brazil recently the Roku Express, however, his control does not respond in the STICK.
I’ve done all the procedures available on the site. I had not previously enabled the remote control by the application, and now I can not make it recognize the device to enable.
I would like guidance to buy a control model here in Brazil that is compatible with STICK. I wonder if the controller of Roku Express 4K is compatible.

The remote that comes with the basic Express is a simple remote and won't work with sticks.  The remote that comes with the Express 4k+ (model 3941) is a voice remote that will pair with the stick or you can try to purchase one of the Roku voice remotes separately.  I don't know how difficult that will be since you're in Brazil.

One more very important thing:  Some sticks have the Wi-Fi receiver in the USB cable - an obvious "bump" in the cable.  Without that cable no remote will work and if it went bad it's probably very difficult to get a replacement in Brazil.
