We have several Roku Streamstick+ throughout our home. We have one in the garage that recently the remote randomly (and often) stops working and won’t function to control the Streamstick+. We swapped a working Roku Streamstick+ from another room along with its remote, but found the same issues happens where the remote will stop controlling the Streakstick+.

For troubleshooting, we have re-paired the remote, and it will work for about 15-20 minutes, and then stops working. We have changed the batteries as well. We also have checked for updates,  and we have the latest update. No other Roku Streamstick+ in the house is experiencing this problem, however when moved to the garage the remote will stop functioning after a short while.

We keep having to unplug the tv and Roku to get it working again. Please help!

It seems that the Roku Remote for the Roku Streaming Stick+ is frequently unresponsive. Can you give us a bit more info to help us know more about it?

• What specific Roku remote model you are having issues with?
• When did you first encounter this issue?
