Roku Streaming Stick4K+ will not pair.

Tried it on 2 tvs cannot get past the Pairing screen. The light blinks like it’s pairing but nothing works. Model RC-MC1 (remote) & Streaming Stick model # 3821X SN:S09T41C065VC

Are using the original USB cable with bump in it? That is the long-range wireless receiver, which  is what the remote communicates with not the stick itself.

We're sorry to hear about this experience, and we would like to provide assistance. Is this a brand-new Roku streaming device? Also, do you have another Roku remote that you can use to see if it pairs with that Roku Streaming Stick that you're having issues with?
