after factory reset lost sleep timer

had to do a factory reset cause  Direct TV (cable) stopped working, all other features worked just fine. So I did the factory reset and my cable worked again, had to turn off store mode to disable an advertising pop up, and now the sleep timer is off, I open settings > system >  there's no time or power option
