The up & down arrows on the remote do not change the channels, I must go back to their guide to select another channel. It works on other live tv apps but not you tube tv live. Contacted youtube tv help, they did not have answer.

Thank you for sharing your post. We understand that you're having an issue with the up and down arrows on your remote when watching Youtube Live TV and that you've already contacted them for help.

Since your remote works fine on other channels, this appears to be a channel functionality issue.  We recommend that you get in touch with the channel provider again for further assistance in resolving this problem.
