Hi @Cetomsu,

Welcome to the Roku Community!

Please be noted that we no longer offer a replacement remote for the Roku Streaming Stick model 3500. However, we would be happy to see what we can do to help get you back up and
running and I'll have our support team reach out directly to assist your further.

Meanwhile, you can use the free Roku mobile app as a replacement remote control.

For full information on this, you can take a look at this link: How to install the Roku® mobile app | Official Roku Support

If you need any additional help and we’ll follow up to continue assisting you.

Best regards,

Hey all, I did receive a replacement remote from Roku (thank you Roku!), BUT I have to recommend this remote I found on Amazon.  It does not have voice recognition but it is programmable to do many other things than the current remotes do!  We were able to add our soundbar volume up/down/mute, the source button on the TV, TV power off/on, and it has the ability to do more as well.  Very easy to program using your other remotes. And best news, we've had it for a few weeks now and no battery changes!  Make your lives easier and grab one of these.
