Same issue. Remote batteries last about 4 days or less.

Hello, 

Is there any solution for this? I have this problem with only 1 control. I replaced the batteries 6 days ago and today, not an option to disconnect it every time as suggested.

I am have the same 3810X Streaming Stick + and remote and found that it rapidly drains batteries also.  They last only about a month.  In comparison, the alkaline batteries in the remotes for TV, Cable, CD/DVD players, and stereo all last years.

I've been using NiMH AAA rechargeable batteries in the ROKU remote, and always keep a couple spare charged up, ready to go.

I can't find where Roku has answered this question.  As everyone my Roku control (remote) keeps draining batteries.  I have to take out the batteries and put them back in when I use them - what a pain in the ass.

As previously stated in this thread, if you are experiencing an issue of remote battery drain, can you please provide the serial number of your Roku device from Settings>System>About? I'll be able to assist you further from there.
