I posted the serial number but have seen no response.
I just bought that remote directly from y'all so you're telling me it's already out of date I've only had it less than a month or a little over a month. Its the voice Activated remote
I have also not heard… I don’t think roku admin monitor the message boards…
My remote has gone through 4 sets of battery’s in three weeks with a new Roku Ultra 4800X Serial number X010002DC2XV
please ship a new remote. Thank you.
The remote drains the batteries about every 1.5 days. I already tried resetting the system to the factory default in addition to removing the batteries, unplugging the box for 5 seconds, putting the batteries back in, and using the pairing button. Batteries still keep draining.
