Please send new remote ASAP.

Also, just due to seeing 45+ pages of this nonsense… makes me think Roku is just not treating this issue seriously enough! Since I have nothing better to do on my day off and I like companies to be held accountable for predatory business practices, I will be working with my personal legal team in lodging formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission department of fair selling practices.

Obviously a widespread problem that is not being addressed properly.  Why not?   They need to send remotes that work - so many have this problem!!!

We have a new brand Roku Ultra, and the batteries drain on the remote every 2-3 days. 
We do use the earphone jack a lot for private listening. 
I saw similar topics but could not identify the actual fix for this.
