Hi! @Babag1,
Thanks for reaching out to the Roku Community!
How long have you had this issue?
When was the last time it worked? if ever?
- Check if the front LED light by the brand name is on. If the light is there but not on, try unplugging the power cord and inserting it into the outlet again. Make sure it is fully inserted; appearances may be deceiving. Make sure the outlet has power.
- If the TV is plugged into a surge protector or a power strip, try unplugging other devices or switching the power cord to be plugged in directly to the wall outlet.
- If the cord is also detachable from the TV, make sure it is also fully inserted on both ends. You can also try unplugging and waiting 30 seconds before re-inserting.
- Check if the front LED light is on, then turn on the TV using the button on the TV.
- If there is still no solution, try resetting the TV using the built-in button.
Located on the back or bottom of your device, the physical Reset button is either tactile or a pinhole design that requires a straightened paperclip. It will appear similar to one of the following:
Once you locate the Reset button and your Roku device is powered on, press and hold the button firmly for about 10 seconds. When the factory reset is complete, an indicator light or status LED will blink rapidly on most Roku devices.
After a successful factory reset, your Roku device will restart in the same state as a factory-new device.
Please keep us posted what you find out and will be more than happy to continue assisting you further. We look forward to hearing back from you.
Thanks,
Arjiemar
