@makaiguy perhaps you can link to the code list.
I included the link in my original post.
It turns out that the code listed 14686 in the manual for W Box isn't in the rmt-415 remote. 😞
Thanks for the quick reply. Does this mean I'm SOL and need to use the original TV remote for power and volume and the roku remote for all else?
If I were you, I would get UEI made universal remote, which has code search feature, and a way of blinking back the code you found. Then searching the UEI code list for all other brand of tv that might be using the same code. Then after testing these other brands codes in Roku remote, you would know for sure if you're out of luck. It will help going forward on what brands code to use in other oem remotes in the future.
As for what universal remote to buy, check the Insignia brands of remotes at Best Buy on-line, you might find deals on returns. model numbers are ns-rmt3d21, ns-rmt5d21, or ns-rmt8d21.
I've had a W Box 32" TV in my bedroom that I've never gotten to work with my Roku remotes until now. I searched for "remote code 14686" on duckduckgo and came across this link which identifies that code as belonging to a ProScan model TV. Ran through the codes for ProScan on my Roku and found one that works! Hope it works for you too!
AMAZING!!!! It took a minute to find the right code, but ProScan worked! Thanks @MicaEcho1NZ
