I bought my Roku 4K one month ago and I saw the battery level was at 10% so I plugged it in to recharge it. I never got a green light on the back of the remote. I tried four different cables. I tried three different chargers. I tried plugging it into my computer overnight. I have tried many different plugs. I have seen on the Voice remote Pro thread that there is a problem with many of the these remotes and they are not being addressed. I would like a replacement that actually works please. tms#Voiceremote pro
