We would recommend starting with the troubleshooting steps available in this Support link: How to fix your Roku® voice or simple remote that is not working. If still no dice, please reply here with the serial number of the Roku device associated with the Voice Remote Pro. It can be found at the back or underneath the player itself.

Having the same problem and none of the troubleshooting has helped. The remote only works when it is plugged in. The pairing button doesn’t respond at all unless it is plugged in. We charged the remote all night. Serial number is YH00C3943795. Thank you!

I've tried the troubleshooting and reconnecting tips provided in this thread with no change in my remote charging. Are there any other steps to fixing my relatively new remote? If no, is there a way to replace it?
