@RokuMary-F What is the point of a user community, if people's issues are resolved via private emails from Roku Support, and not posted publicly? We should just contact support directly, if that's even possible, and not bother posting here, if that's the way problems are solved, no?
my remote is also not charging, plz advise what to do next.

I left it charging for three days and it actually took a charge. Went up to 100%
I just left it plugged in for 4 days and for some reason it is fully charged. I don’t know why but it’s fully charged.
