If I am streaming a series continuously for a couple of hours without using the remote, quite frequently the remote becomes non functional ie none of the buttons work (except for volume).
I can use the RoKu app on my phone to control the Streaming Stick 4k+ When this happens...
Indeed the Roku app will show that the voice remote pro is still connected.
If I reboot the system the voice pro remote will start working again.
Can this be fixed or is it time for a warranty claim?
