We're glad to assist you with the problem with your Roku voice remote pro. Please try to charge your remote. Once the remote is fully charged, you can check if it fixes the issue. After doing so, try to restart your Roku device from Settings > System > Power > System Restart (if you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step).
