@Lissy92 No there isn’t an alternative. Did you buy it refurbished? It’s best to go back on Amazon and return it to the seller
@Tivoburkee I have the 3820R
@Lissy92 There is no replacement cord for your model Roku. If it’s broken then return it to the seller you bought it from on Amazon

I have the same issue. The tip of the wireless receiving cable vent just a tad and now the Roku stick is useless. My serial number is: 213181211797
@Boink Which Roku model do you own?
Chatted with an agent the other day and was told the issue has nothing to do with power cable, the problem is a bad remote. I was told to replace remote with another Roku voice remote.
Roku Streaming Stick+
the SKU is 3810R
That’s a load of **bleep** lol how could the new remote connect to the Roku stick without the wireless receiving cable?
@Boink The Roku Stick 3810 you own has a replaceable long range cable. Unfortunately it’s out of stock and has been for months. So your only choice is to purchase a new Roku Stick. Ignore what Rodelarick stated.
Yeah, I’m not going to buy another Roku stick. I’ll get something else.
