- If you press a random button, do you see any light on the remote?
- Have there been any recent updates before you encountered this issue?
- Is this your first time pairing this remote?
- Which Roku device are you trying to pair with the remote?
In the meantime, you can try resetting your remote by pressing and holding the Back and Home buttons simultaneously for about 20 seconds. After that, try pairing it again and see if it makes a difference.
