TV sound and power controls suddenly stopped working

My Roku voice remote suddenly stopped controlling the power and volume on my Panasonic TV.  It had been working fine 10 minutes earlier. I tried resetting it in the Settings menu, but none of the codes worked.

I don't think it's a problem with the TV since I am able to control it with the TV remote and with a universal remote without any problems.

@shakeslady-

Try setting the remote up again for the TV, but this time try setting it up as a New Device.

Settings > Remotes and devices > Add devices > Remote

I already tried that. No luck. It goes through all 7 Panasonic codes during the setup but none of them work.

See if Quasar works instead?

What is Quasar? Is that a different set of codes to try?

Re: TV sound and power controls suddenly stopped working

It's a different tv brand, formally owned by the same company that owns Panasonic, and so used the same IR code.
