I have an Onn Roku tv literally just got it. And the settings button on the remote and on my app stopped working. I factory reset my tv but nothing.

Thank you for reaching out regarding your Roku remote button issues. We're here to assist you.

Please be advised that when using the * button on the home screen, you must select a channel tile to access the options menu. If you find yourself on the left-hand side of the Roku menu, you may notice that the * options are greyed out, as there are no available options for those selections, unlike those available within the channel tiles.
