- What model of Roku remote do you have?
- When did the issue arise?
- Could we have the serial number of the Roku device your remote is paired with?
- Have you tried using the Roku mobile app?
In the meantime, kindly try to reboot your remote by following the steps provided:
- If your rechargeable voice remote has a pairing button, press and hold the pairing button on the back of the remote for 20 seconds.
- If your rechargeable voice remote does not have a pairing button, press and hold the Back and Home for 20 seconds.
