Remotes

I have 2 Roku units with the same weird issue. The remotes are causing the screen to constantly scroll. I am unable to navigate any menus. I've tried rebooting the units and changing the batteries in the remotes and it still does the same thing. Any help?

Please reply here with the serial number of the Roku devices associated with the affected remotes. They can be found at the back or underneath the player itself. I'll be able to further assist you from there.
