- What is the serial number of the Roku device it's paired with?
- Is this the remote that came with the device, or was it purchased separately?
- When did the issue occur?

Yes, the controller is currently setup for TV control already. I wish I could share a video of my situation, I have one but can’t upload here. I’m providing requested the information about my remote. I can get the volume up, but not down (unless I press so hard it hurts!).
