Yes, the controller is currently setup for TV control already. I wish I could share a video of my situation, I have one but can’t upload here. I’m providing requested the information about my remote. I can get the volume up, but not down (unless I press so hard it hurts!).

Im too am having an issue with a faulty remote. The right directional is extremely hard to press and keeps getting worse. Looks like this is a very common issue. Has anyone found a solution?

Hi Jharra,
1. It is the remote that came with the Roku express 4K
Remote model: RC-GZ1 and serial: 3226001305.
Roku device model: 3941X2 serial: S0HAK2A816UH
2. It started happening about a month after we bought it about a year ago. It started with the right directional button not responding and we figured out pretty quick it was just hard to push. As time went on it has gotten more and more difficult to push. To the point now the down arrow is also becoming hard to push and the original right button is now un responsive no matter how hard we try to push it. All other buttons work perfectly.
