I need to know how I can get a replacement. 

I have tried all suggestions posted in the previous post.

I do not see a serial number on my remote. It is the Roku voice remote pro.

Please provide a replacement method ASAP.

Could you tell us specifically the troubleshooting steps you've tried? Please also provide us with the serial number of the Roku device associated with the affected remote. This can be found at the back or underneath the player itself. We'll be able to further assist you from there.
