I'd guess One For All remotes have the most comprehensive list of remote codes. They list 3 code numbers for Veon. The code numbers themselves won't be of much help, but seeing which other brands use the same codes for at least some of their models can give you other brands to try.
TV brands sharing one or more codes with Veon:
Akai, Grundig, HiSense, Hitachi, JVC, Polaroid
