- May we know what Roku device are you using right now? (Roku Express, Roku streaming stick, Roku Ultra, Roku streambar, Roku TV-Specify)
- When did the issue start?
- Is there a stuck button that you are seeing on your Roku remote?
- Is the issue happening on all contents/channels or is this isolated to 1 content/channel? (Specify)
- What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far?
In the meantime, please try using the Roku mobile app and see if that makes any difference.
